Need a fun night out? Have you always wanted to learn to make your own blanket? I can't wait to teach you step-by-step how to create the softest, snuggliest blanket of your very own in a color of your choice, all while spending quality time with family and friends!
When: Friday, January 19th, 2024, 5:30-8:30pm
Where: Creative Haven (804 W 5th Street, Marysville, Ohio)
We'll be using 6 skeins of chunky yarn to create an approximately 40"x50" beautiful chunky blanket. Additional skeins can be purchased if you'd like a bigger blanket - 8 skeins will create an approximately 48"x60" blanket.
Two ticket options are available:
Option 1: Class Only ($45) - this option is for you if you would enjoy shopping for and purchasing your own yarn to bring to class. You can choose up to three colors for your blanket, so it will be customized completely to you! If you sign up for this option, you'll need 6 skeins (or more if you'd like to make a bigger blanket) of size 6 or 7 chunky yarn, which can be purchased at Michaels, Jo Ann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, WalMart, or online through various websites like BeCozi or Amazon. I'm also happy to suggest certain brands that work really well for these blankets!
Option 2: Class + 6 skeins of chunky yarn ($90) - this option is for you if you would prefer yarn to be provided to you for class. If you sign up for this option, I'll email you with several color options, and you can choose up to three colors for your blanket, so it will be customized completely to you! Additional skeins can be provided for an additional $8 per skein if you'd like to make a bigger blanket.
